No crying in job hunting

Then, here I am, job hunting for about a year. It's been quite enjoyable as eventhoug I don't have a paid job I get up everyday and do something I can feel proud of.

There shouldn't be crying in job hunting, but most people would not imagine how bad it feels to know that you have even more of the skills asked to fill a position and the recruiter will only pay attention to your age.

Well, let me tell you something, experience is not bottled and sold in supermakets, it is not either a written paper that fades with time. A skilled person is not the one graduated last year, but the one who has been on the field and had had the chance to prove if all the things learned in class would work right.

So, there I go, not crying for a job, but for people who dare to understand that knowledge, skills, attitude  and so forth are the product of years of experienece.
